What is a blind box?

A blind box refers to the type of sealed packaging that keeps the contents of the toy a mystery until you open it. Blind boxes typically come in a series that are made up of a variety of different figures / designs that are usually depicted on the side of the box listed along with the odds of finding each one. Some are rarer than others and some are even super rare and hard to find. These are referred to as "secret” or "chase" figures.

If I order 2 boxes from the same set will they be the same?

Although there is a high likelihood you will not get a duplicate, there is no way to guarantee that.

Where does my order ship from? 

Your order ships from our Concord Mills Mall location in Concord, NC.

How long until I receive my order?

In-stock items ship within 3 business days, and delivery may vary by location, typically taking 3-7 days.

Why is my order delayed in shipping?

Peak periods, holidays, or unforeseen events may cause delays. Contact us for assistance. If it's lost, it'll be indicated in tracking.

Can I change my address before the order is shipped?

Yes, you can change the address if the package hasn't shipped yet. No change of address allowed after tracking number has been provided. Please contact order@shopmomoku.com to move forward. 

Can I cancel my order after it's shipped?

Unfortunately, once the order is shipped, we can no longer change your order status.

What is the shipping policy?

We will ship your order within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) after you place the order.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
